Ladies Run Club closed their race season at the Meydan Super Sports race this weekend. Our ladies raced over the 5km, 10km, or the 16km distance. As always, we had a mix of goals and objectives from our ladies for this race. Some were chasing PBs, others were there for their long run.
We warmed up as a team before the race and cheered in every runner. Across the 17 ladies that took part from LRC, we had overall and age group podiums across the distances.
Thank you, ladies, for an incredible season. We will continue to train over the summer months, and look forward to racing with you again soon!
