"Night Shift"
What is it about the night that makes working out at that time different? Simple you may say, it is when we are supposed to be sleeping, but many still workout at that time and love it.
In 2017 Rob Jones, a few others and myself drove down to Jebel Hafeet and started riding our bikes up and down it from when it got dark to when it got light.
In 2018 went to Al Qudra for a 50km cycle, 50km run, 50km cycle during the hours of darkness. Since then many have attempted the challenge, some successful, others not so, including myself on one occasion.
The night brings with it some unique challenges and in doing so allows us to grow in some new areas. It is pretty cool.
