Daily Workout
Monday: Reverse Lunges and Single Leg Holds for the Strength into a partner workout of Wall Balls and Running!
Tuesday: Upper Body Strength into a 20-minute EMOM. Will you be able to hit the target every round?
Wednesday: Starting with building up to some Heavy Thrusters! A gymnastics-focused workout that will get grippy!
Thursday: Snatch Day! Carry the snatch in the workout combined with box jumps and the ski and go full gas for 15mins
Friday: Gymnastic Strength and Volume into Oh My ManMakers! A Friday Therapy to remember!
