Monday: Squat Day! Then an engine EMOM. Can you maintain the reps and pace all the way?
Tuesday: Functional Bodybuilding into a DB complex and with a short run.
Wednesday: Short and sweet! Can you go heavy on the Power Cleans in the workout?
Thursday: Gymnastic strength and heavy holds. Conditioning will be jump overs and DB snatches. Go fast and hang on.
Friday: A twist on FGB. Hit all the reps to earn your rest.
