Monday: Split Squats into an accending ladder workout where you will spend some time upside down.
Tuesday: Bench Day to give some you pump, then a partner workout with some lunges, skipping, and a carry.
Wendesday: Snatch Day!!! Followed by a CrossFit classic workout.
Thursday: Functional bodybuilding Strength. A max rep workout that is all about efficiency.
Friday: We have a chipper, a classic 21-15-9, into a 10min Amrap. Get ready for an epic Friday Therapy.
