Monday: There will be some squats into a Triplet Workout where the harder you work, the more rest you get!
Tuesday: Gymnastic Strength into sprint intervals on the rower combined with everyone's favourite movement!
Wednesday: Oly Lifting, and for the workout, you get to do it with a friend!
Thursday: Some Strong Man that carries over into the workout with some time spent on the climbing rope!
Friday: 39 rounds! Bring your smile and your grip, and have some fun!
