Daily Workout
Monday: Strict Press to kick off the week. Workout, you get to play with some DBs and get some running in.
Tuesday: We make your legs stronger. Then, a workout where you will need to work to get some rest! Bring your Grips.
Wednesday: Gymnastic Strength into a barbell partner workout! How many rounds will you get?
Thursday: Back Squat Day! The workout will be a race to the Ski then you can rest before going again and again!
Friday: Snatch Day! Will you be able to complete every round in the workout
