Monday: Gymnastics strength into a partner workout, aiming for lots of cals!
Tuesday: Splits Squats into a “special workout” from the coaches!
Wednesday: Strict Press into a beautiful little 14 minute workout!
Thursday: Snatch Day followed by some on the minute conditioning! Can you hang on each round?
Friday: Deadlifts into “Therapy” that will test you both physically and mentally if you let it!
