Daily Workout
Monday: Kicking the Week Off with Cleans! For the workout, you will need the 2mins rest from the 2mins work that needs to be done!
Tuesday: Upper Body Push and Pull! Into 4min rounds of work on the Bike, testing the new sandbags, and then your DU skills!
Wednesday: Good Mornings into Max Height Box Jumps! Workout with KBs, you should also bring your running shoes!
Thursday: Gymnastic Strength with a sprint workout with 3 movements, Ski, HSPU, and DB Snatches!
Friday: This will be a Friday Therapy to Remember!!! See you on the Floor!
