TEST WEEK!
Monday: A Squat and Core test into “The Inner Effect”
Tuesday: Your chance to Clean Heavy. A little workout called Grace and a sprint on the bike!
Wednesday: Pull and Bench test. Then you will have 20mins to get as may reps as you can!
Thursday: We go overhead and we also climb, bring your long socks! A CrossFit Classic bench mark test into a Row!
Friday: We pull from the floor first , then a test that has 33 rounds to cap of the week! A Barbell Movement, A Gymnastic Movement, and burpees in what order and how many reps, show up to find out!
