The InnerFight Way

You have finished a hard session at the gym or a hard week at work so you take the next day off. You sleep in, plan little but that can turn out to be many things and recovery is not one of them. You may not get up to much and you may end the day feeling better but there is a high chance you are just well rested.

What is the difference? One is active and the other is passive. One improves our readiness to train and perform again way faster than the other. Let’s not confuse them.

Recovery means: quality sleep, good fuelling, managing stress well, hydrating properly, listening and being connected to your body. Recovery must be intentional and active.

Enjoy your rest but focus on your recovery and your performance will increase.

No Weakness.
