Words of the master (Arnie) as he stormed the body building world in the 70's.
Of course his flip side was the quality of the training he did and the methods he used.However, his take on rest was way ahead of it's time. A theme that is still ignored to this day.
The growth, muscle repair and adaptation happens when you let the muscle rest.
So this week why not flip the mindset and plan your rest days first and then your training around them!
