The InnerFight Way

The concept is interesting and there is a time for both, however confusing one with the other is not where you want to be.      

Exercising is good, for the most part it is random movement. It makes you sweat, it burns calories, and done right for sure you’ll feel good after. But it’s surface level, the feeling will last a short time, the results the same.

Training is different. It’s intentional, has direction, structure, and purpose. It builds toward something bigger. For some people that could be a heavy lift in the gym or a marathon or Ironman triathlon. For others the bigger piece is all about becoming a stronger human for the demands of life.

Sustained performance doesn’t just come from moving for the sake of moving. It comes from doing the right work, in the right way, at the right time, hello structure and a special mindset. That means fewer junk miles, fewer random workouts (that some days you see no sense in anyway), and more sessions with clarity, intention and purpose.

The goal is always better…..better at life!
