To make lasting positive change when it comes to our health, there has to be a retraining of the brain which in turn creates new habits.
There are multiple situations on a daily basis where we are faced with making decisions that are contrary to our current wiring. This is what we find “hard.”
Preprogramming is key. In a calm state we must set the parameters, we must understand what decisions we are going to make and why.
Once we are able to do this we start to create decision consistency and over time the right decision becomes second nature and the magic happens. Without the consistency in our decisions progress will be limited.
