Striving for balance or just need to get yourself in alignment?

The debate is real, but should it be? In podcast 988, I did a dive into what balance really is as we hear it thrown around in the work-life arena.

Balance often shows up simply as a compromise. Balance implies you’re juggling, and nothing ever really feels right. Is there any balance at all?
