Is what’s holding you back what you are holding on to?

I was sent a quote recently that read:

“In the end, what matters most is, how well did you love, how well did you live, how well did you learn to let go.”

My eyes were transfixed on the last part as ultimately isn’t it that which allows us to do the former?

We increasingly seeing people unable to love and live because they are holding on to too much either consciously or not. The holding on is the show stopper. This applies not only to the bad things and the resentment that people carry but people are also holding too tightly to the good things that have happened, wishing they were still in that moment.

All of this holding causes tension in the body and halts the smooth flow of energy that we need to feel free and therefore happy.

Be free, be happy, let go.

No Weakness.
