It’s nothing new!
It does not make it right, you do not have to agree with or join them, but just look to history, and the evidence confirms it. Sadly it looks like it is here to stay.
Some may get away with it on the outside, but on the inside, the resentment burns. It’s not sustainable in performance, it may get you from A to B, but its likely the landing pad at B will be shaky.
