Someone says something, it strikes a chord, you are not sure which or why but there is something.
What has been said just does not sit well with you.
You remain silent. You go home and wake up the next day and it's still there with you. It moves from the back of your mind to the front, to the edge of your tongue, then you distract yourself in the hope it will leave you.
It never does and it never will until you have the chat with the person that said it or someone you feel can listen.
