The InnerFight Way

Many of us invest vast amounts of time and resources in the quest to better our bodies. How we look, how we feel, how we perform. It is good. It is the process of getting better at life.

The ride can be bumpy, we hit road blocks, motivation dips, we feel lost, we take time out, we feel worse, it hurts.

What is the mind doing? What’s its role here? It’s a muscle, it also likes to be trained, taken care of and talked to. Neuroplasticity, your brain’s ability to adapt and form new connections through repeated experience and deliberate practice.

For sure your body talks to you but ultimately it talks to you through your mind…..if you allow it.

As the year nears its end and thoughts and plans for 2026 are bounded around why not do what few are doing and start with the mind? You will be pleasantly surprised by the outcome.
