What are the first entries you make in your diary when planning your week ahead? (I’m assuming you do plan your weeks; apologies if I’m mistaken.)
For many people, work meetings, goals, and commitments dominate their calendars, leaving them to fit ‘the rest of their lives’ around these priorities. This approach to weekly planning is quite counterintuitive.
Your health should be your top priority, followed by your family, and then everything else. I’d be interested to hear if you have a different perspective.
