The InnerFight Way

We try many things in life, that is good. There comes a point however where brutal honesty and awareness must come to the fore as we identify what we are actually good at, what is serving us and what we may need to tone down on to make the former even better.
I read something recently by a professional photographer who loves riding bikes that echoed this line of thought. He said “ Somewhere during that monster day of shooting, I understood fully - and finally - that I am a photographer. I am not a bike racer. My thing is pictures. I love riding bikes (I might have an addiction) but I also need to respect what I’m truly good at. I’m scared to say that out loud, but if there’s one thing in the whole world I’m good at - it’s taking pictures (and loving Ash and Lula).”
For sure there are some things that you are truly great at, totally gifted. Why not go hard on these, go all in, admit the other things are just distractions or part time endeavours and see how life may change.
No Weakness,
