People rightly prioritise their health, as without it, the other things they want from life are infinitely harder to achieve.

For many, prioritising health takes the form of setting a goal, such as a race or event. If we are not careful, this can start to consume us.

The things we say are important to us slowly receive less priority as we dive deeper into the task at hand. Sometimes we recognise it; other times, we are told—perhaps when it is too late.

Prioritise your health, enter races, become obsessive, but always remember that this is just one part of your life.
