The InnerFight Way

“Health Hacks” exploded onto the scene in the early 2000s as the information superhighway found its feet and an increasing audience that could not live without it.
They made sense as we were becoming a busier race. Why not take a short cut to better health if better health was what was delivered? It totally made sense.
Two decades later the “hacks” still kick around but the seasoned fitness enthusiast navigates the noise. They know it’s marketing BS and they stay away. Their away is loving the basics. It’s the 1,000 plus Monday mornings they have woken up before the rest of the world, gone to gyms that a niche few know about and done movements they have done thousands of times at various intensities knowing they are become better.
For the most part there is no glamour. They are a reducing minority. A rare breed. Anomalies. At the same time they are the ones who are taking less medication. Have more energy. Smile wider and ultimately continue to get better at life.
Stay focused, silence the noise. Sorry to let you down, sorry you have been lied to, the hacks do not work.
No Weakness.
