In 2017 Dubai Fitness Challenge was launched. It remains strong and is live right now.
A simple initiative encouraging the residents of Dubai to carry out some form of physical exercise for just 30 minutes per day for 30 days. 15 hours of fitness in a month... not bad right...easy even?
Whilst quality always wins over time, it is interesting to look at the amount of time spent training over a period such as a week, a month or even a year.
