The InnerFight Way

How do you feel when you are mid conversation with someone and a notification arrives on their watch which totally disrupts the conversation as the person casts their gaze down to the watch?

It’s a total mess and surely we have to stop it. Our lives are invaded enough, our attention is stolen in so many ways. Most of the time your watch and your phone are no more than a couple of metres apart. Are we that addicted to being disturbed that we have to be disturbed on both devices?

Go on, be a hero. Disconnect your watch notifications. The concept of a watch is to tell the time (and of course track your run or workout) so let’s leave it at that.

No Weakness.
