The InnerFight Way

"Do not hurt the good guys" is not only a phrase we have heard over the years in movies but it is a phrase that we should keep in our minds when it comes to what we are eating.

Remember, it is not the steak and vegetables that makes you fat. It is all the sauce you put all over them and the ice cream you have after. The number of people that are trying to pick healthy food options apart is mind blowing. Worried about a "date" because it is sugar or freaking out about calories in nut butter.

These guys are all the good guys.....do not hurt them.

Go after the processed food, the real junk, that is where your biggest bang for your buck is. The steak and veggies, the dates instead of processed sugars, the nut butter to fill you up. You need them in your life!
