The best and worst thing you can do when you are looking for a workout to do is search online. Instead why not have a structure. A structure that is rooted in two of our brand values. Simplicity and Hard Work.
We rarely see a workout that is simple and hard not be effective. 100 burpees for time, 400m run repeats off 60 seconds, 5 back squats on the minute for 20 minutes. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated. Perhaps too simple to be believable.
The dose of hard is key and varies for us all. 100 burpees in 5 minutes is hard for one but impossible for the other. You know what hard is for you. If you do not, introduce yourself to another of our brand values “honesty” and you will soon figure it out.
So next time you are stuck for a workout. Think simple, think hard and your result will always be effective.
