The InnerFight Way

Stuck is a word we hear in various settings: work, relationships, training. We commonly understand it as lacking a bit of direction and/or motivation. Some people stay stuck for a long time; others manage to get unstuck a bit faster.
It is not a bad position to be in, but it should not last for long, and we can certainly influence the speed at which we get unstuck.
Go back to basics: do 3 or 4 simple things a day that are proven to make you feel better as a human being.
Move: It could just be a walk or some simple stretching.
Sleep: 7-8 hours a night.
Eat good food: Unprocessed and refined-sugar-free.
Be: Spend time each day in peace with no distractions.
Repeat this process for a few days, and you’ll soon become unstuck and on your way again.
