Friday 1:30 PM 4 PM & 5 PM only

RAMADAN CHALLENGES
The Ramadan Challenge is back! The coaches have put together four great workouts for you.
Grab a partner and complete each challenge before the end of Ramadan to get your name up on the wall of fame!
Challenge 1
For time:
1-mile sandbag carry 60kg men /40kg women
Split the Carry as you like
Challenge 2
For time:
200 burpee pull-ups, 15km row
Split the reps as you like
Challenge 3
For time:
200 Sit Ups
1 Mile run
100 Push Ups
1 Mile run
200 Air Squats
1 Mile run
Split the Reps as you like, Run is together!
Challenge 4
Max Cals in 1 Hour
10 Wall Balls
30 Cal C2 Bike
(Partner 1 completes a full round, then partner 2 completes a full round)
