March Members of the Month 2026

InnerFight: Ellie Lederer
Although new to the InnerFight community, Ellie has made an immediate impact.
From day one, she’s brought a level of energy, positivity, and commitment that lifts the room. She didn’t just take part in The Open, she crushed it. That same attitude carried straight into the Ramadan Challenge, where she continued to show up and put in the work with her partner.
Epic start. Just the beginning.

Youth: Callum Ramsey
Huge shoutout to Callum, our Youth Member of the Month!
Always bringing positive energy to every session, Callum is a great team player, always supportive, motivated, and fun to train alongside. He’s been putting in serious work developing his skills, with a special focus on building explosive power. Consistency, attitude, and effort, well deserved Callum.

Endurance: Armelle Liverton
Armelle is our March Endurance Member of the Month! Armelle just ran an incredible 3:55 marathon in Rome, smashing her Sub-4 goal and carving out a new PB; following a her 3 month dedication to the goal.
Her grit, resilience, and determination show exactly what it means to rise above challenges and chase greatness, making her a true example of what this community is all about.
Well done Armelle, we are very proud of your progress.

LRC: Olivia Manner
Olivia re-joined LRC in November after taking a sabbatical from the club. Since November she has improved week on week. Playing with consistency and hardwork. Olivia is now seeing times on her watch she doesn’t recognise. More than this though, she’s growing in confidence.
We love having you on the team, Olivia. Keep up the excellent work!

Endurance - New Zealand: Nicole Emslie
Congratulations to Nicole Emslie for being our Member of the Month for March 🔥
Nicole has stacked together a seriously impressive block of performance across multiple arenas over the last 2 months….Off the back of a strong Coast to Coast performance (5th overall), she decided to back up a huge training year with a well executed recovery phase before stepping into Ironman only 3 weeks later. Not only did Nic deliver a strong well paced performance on race day but she also qualified for Kona, a huge achievement and a true reflection of her consistency and intent.
But what actually makes this even more powerful is what’s been happening alongside her training. Over the past three weeks, Nic has been deep in further her career, which demands a whole different level of mental focus, energy, and resilience. And yet, she’s continued to show up, adapt, and perform scoring 95% on her last exam.
This is exactly what we’re about, performance isn’t just physical, it’s how you show up across all areas of life. Nic has proven that the discipline, structure, and mindset built through training transfers directly into her work and personal growth.
Nicole embodies what it means to be an InnerFight athlete: committed, adaptable, and driven to keep improving not just as an athlete, but as a human striving to be the best version of themselves.
Nic, this has been an incredible month to witness. Kona is going to be something special, we are inspired by your relentlessness and super proud to be in your corner backing you.
