April Members of the Month 2026

InnerFight: Fawwaz Zayed
Fawwaz’s progress truly speaks for itself.
His commitment to his health and fitness has been consistent, focused, and relentless, and it’s paying off. He’s become a stronger, fitter, and more capable version of himself across the board.
He shows up, puts in the work, listens, learns, and applies. Always coachable, always positive, and never one to complain, just gets it done.
A great example of what happens when you stay consistent and trust the process.
Well deserved, Fawwaz.

Youth: James Mavelian
Huge shoutout to James for earning this month’s Youth Member of the Month! His dedication and work ethic truly stand out. He consistently puts in the effort, tracks his weights, and pushes himself to improve every session. A true team player who leads by example!
Keep up the amazing work, James we’re proud of you! 💪

Endurance: João Bilhim
People say “trust the process.” João lived it.
At the Manchester Marathon start line, there were no guarantees, just five months in Kuwait, away from family, showing up anyway.
We doubled down on the process. Not the outcome.
One week out, flights opened. Three flights, jet lag, a quick Primark stop… and he’s racing.
Result..PB.
No perfect build. No excuses. Just commitment.
João, congratulations on being our Member of the Month!

LRC: Yanina Sushko
It is not always about racing. Often it is about showing up consistency, self improvement, and passion for the sport. Yanina has been with LRC since 2023 and is a true asset to the team. Consistently running with us on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Thank you for your continued hard work, Yanina.

Endurance - New Zealand: Ria Bootten
Congratulations to Ria Bootten for being our Member of the Month for April 🔥
Since January, Ria has been working hard to get back into running and stay injury free. For over 4 months, she has shown resilience and consistency even when speed bumps came her way. We kicked things off rebuilding her on the bike to keep impact low, and she wasted no time in creating the momentum she needed to toe the line at Brisbane Hyrox in April. Ria leant into her training with intent and the drive to be strong and smart, which resulted in pain free running through out the entire race and a 1:10hr finish time in the doubles race.
Instead of pulling pin on racing, she doubled down on what she could control. This meant more bikes over runs and more purpose to prove she could still run strong come race day. This is where the real growth happened as Ria’s aerobic fitness continued to climb, her ability to handle load stabilised, and the chaos of being on and off running was replaced with control. April’s performance proved to Ria that she’s built a bigger engine, improved her strength, and laid down a foundation that will transfer directly back into her next running goals for months to come. This is what progress actually looks like when you are committed to changing HOW you train and realise that progress is not linear.
Ria, we can’t wait to see what you tackle next as once you put your mind to something, you’re unstoppable💥
