InnerFight: Andy Saville
Andy has made significant progress over the last month, hitting a lifetime strength personal best.
His consistency has also resulted in massive improvements in his conditioning and body composition. He has been a stalwart of the community throughout the summer, attending all the Friday 5s workouts.
Great work Andy and long may the progress continue.

Youth: Heidi Clarke
Heidi works incredibly hard and always gives your best.
She is welcoming, kind, and always willing to help others.
Her excellent manners and positive attitude make her a wonderful role model for our InnerFight Youth community.

Endurance: Anna Sparrow
Balancing a young son, a husband, a full-time job and a demanding training plan, Anna still shows up and does the work. That work paid off with an outright age group win and first female at the Odyssey Middle Distance Triathlon in Cambridge this August in a time of 4h46.52.
Honest, positive, relentless, Anna is exactly what we mean by Show No Weakness, Congratulations!

LRC: Sarah Ramsey
This month we celebrate Sarah Ramsey, who has been with LRC since June 2023!
Sarah has had her fair share of setbacks in running, but always finds her way back to us with a smile. Despite being in the Dubai heat, Sarah has managed what she could this month around work and family life.
We are excited to see you keep thriving coming into the Dubai race season, Sarah. Well done, no weakness.

Endurance - New Zealand: Aimee Cox
Congratulations to Aimee Cox for being our Member of the Month for August 🔥
August has been a month of turning consistency into speed for Aimee. With her sights firmly set on a big Olympic distance goal at world AG champs in Spain, she’s been putting the work into all three disciplines and starting to see the numbers reflect just how far she’s come.
Her quicker swims and runs and her increasingly strong bike sessions show an athlete who is becoming faster, stronger and more comfortable holding race specific intensity. What’s been most impressive is the way Aimee continues to embrace the process. She’s learning how to put the pieces together, from mindset wins to swim efficiency to bike power, and running strong off the bike.
With her Olympic triathlon goal firmly in the sights now, the next few weeks are about sharpening what she’s built and learning to execute it when it counts.
Aims, your progression this year has been bloody awesome to watch. You’ve put yourself in a position to genuinely chase a big goal with new learned self belief, and we can’t wait to see what you do with it 💥
