Fatigue. Weight. Pace. Capacity.
We feel something and assume that’s the end. But is it?

Acceptance is good, for the most part. But when it comes to limits, most are accepted too early.
We stop when the first ounce of weirdness or a new feeling arrives.
It is natural.
We are not sure how to respond.We must learn.

The body is capable of more. We know this.
