The InnerFight Way

Fun Is Not Optional

We treat fun as a reward for the work. It is not.
It is the thing that makes the work repeatable for years instead of weeks.

Go and watch the endurance team at the track on a Tuesday, 5:59am.
In winter it is cold and dark, in summer hot and humid, the work is hard, the people are enjoying it.
That is why they are still there a decade later.

The reality is, training alone is rarely a discipline problem.
It is a fun problem.
Very few people enjoy it for long, which is exactly why very few people keep it up.

If your training feels like punishment or a “have to do,” you have either chosen wrong or you are doing it on your own.

One of those is very easy to fix.

No Weakness,
Marcus
