I read this phrase recently and for some reason it made me stop and think. It asked me to question my own approach to things, and at the same time made me think which court the masses fall in to.
There are two sides to the argument that is for sure. Some may say that commitment to the result brings the benefit of the process by default and it is those benefits that make us better at life. Others could argue that the process is our daily life and therefore to cherish that over the result is key.
Is there a definitive answer? Do some situations swing one way and others another?
Perhaps the real metric is getting better at life and so long as that is happening then we should be happy.
Have a great week.
