The InnerFight Way

Hard Work Is Ordinary

Have you ever thought about what happens when standards stop moving? The game is leaner, something becomes very obvious.

What presents isn’t actually dramatic. It’s repetitive. It looks like average days stacked well. Showing up again. Doing the basics properly. Repeating actions that don’t feel significant in the moment. Welcome “Hard Work” to the party.

To the untrained eye or the inquisitive onlooker, breakthroughs may appear sudden. Or that may be the script that those looking in want to believe in. In reality, those breakthroughs may not even be breakthroughs at all. They are just the result of long periods of ordinary effort.

We have options. We can sit around waiting for the big moments. We can believe that the big moments we see in others are single events.

Or we can respect the routine, adopt infinite hours of ordinary effort which reaped long enough becomes more powerful than perhaps we can actually imagine.

No Weakness,

Marcus
