Principles of the Mainline Program

Our mainline program is designed to get you better at life. The foundations of this are simple. Build a base of strength, develop your energy systems, and improve body composition.
These 3 fundamentals underpin all aspects of fitness whether that’s health performance or longevity.
Developing any or all of these aspects is the lowest hanging fruit with the highest return on investment when it comes to training, irrespective of the trainee.
Whether you want to look and feel good, like to lift, a weekend competitor, compete in sport, run marathons, the mainline program is there to develop you over the long term and in such a way that it can work with anyone’s commitments.

The mainline combines a multitude of training ideas and progressions. We use classic weight training, calisthenics and Olympic lifts to build strength power and muscle mass. Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning to develop energy systems and put these together in formats to challenge you physically and mentally.
The goal of the mainline is to foster a well-rounded fitness that means you can turn you and your fitness to any task or endeavor you so choose.
