July Members of the Month 2026

InnerFight: Caelinn Fogwill
Some big improvements from Caelinn during July. Her willingness to step outside her comfort zone. She's showing up consistently, getting involved in more of the community events like Friday 5s and making a genuine effort to put get involved in all things happening in the community.
She continues to challenge herself in ways she may not have before. From a coaching perspective, she's fantastic to work with: eager to learn, works hard, listens to feedback, applies it, and is always looking for ways to improve. That attitude is making a real difference, and it's great to see her confidence continuing to grow

Youth: Ciaran Murray
Well done to Ciaran, our Youth Member of the Month.
He's worked incredibly hard this month, worked well with others, learnt to rope climb, and hit a new bench press PB.
Keep up the great work!

Endurance: Sam Instone
Sam's big goal for 2026 was enormous! Riding the entire Tour De France route over 3 weeks, as part of the Cycle Against Cancer team, which raised over AED 2.5m in aid of cancer research. A total distance of 3,333km and 54,000m of elevation, Sam did 36% of his entire year's cycling volume during the challenge. This is because Sam not only works hard on the bike but off it too, working full time with a busy family life.
Sam's fitness was built through the frequency of rides and resilience of mind. Which showed even more through his metrics, with his resting HR rising by only 0.6%, HRV dropping by -3% despite a -9% drop in sleep hours. That's a resilient human being!
Sam, you showed exactly what No Weakness means to us through the month of July. Epic work!

LRC: Katie Smith
Katie is continuing to progress on her marathon journey, currently training for Athens this November with IFE on Tour.
Katie displays all the core values of InnerFight and consistently shows up willing to work hard and learn. Recently moving to Dubai, Katie has leaned into the community that LRC has to offer and we are delighted that she is part of the team.
Keep going, Katie. You're doing great!

Endurance - New Zealand: Rachel Sanson
Congratulations to Rachel Sanson for being our Member of the Month for July 🔥
Rachel's journey this year has been a great reminder that progress isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about finding your way back. Training through summer for triathlons meant juggling a lot of big life events, and consistency was hard to come by. After taking a couple of weeks to reset in April, Rachel came back in May with a fresh mindset and a commitment to simply show up.
Since then, she's been building momentum with purpose. She's embracing the process, getting stronger on the bike, finding another gear in her running, and laying the foundations for an exciting next chapter before we add swimming back into the mix.
What stood out most this month wasn't a race result, it was who Rachel is as a teammate. At our Trail Camp, despite not racing the 15km herself, she was the loudest supporter on the sidelines, cheering every athlete home before heading out to tackle her own trail adventure that afternoon.
Rachel embodies what it means to be an InnerFight Endurance athlete. She thrives in a community that challenges and inspires each other, gives back just as much as she receives & understands that showing up for others is just as important as showing up for yourself.
Rachel, I'm proud of the mindset you've brought into this next chapter. Your consistency is growing, your confidence is building, and we can't wait to see you smash Kinloch and everything that comes after 💥
