Standards Without Negotiation
Once you notice what you practise, the next step becomes clear, standards.
Most people negotiate with themselves more than they realise. “Just this once. Tomorrow will be better. I’ll reset next week.” These quiet negotiations slowly lower the bar. All BS.
Choose one non-negotiable this week. It could be sleep, training, honesty, effort. Hold it consistently.
