The InnerFight Way

The Short List
Have you ever thought that hard work only lasts if there is not too much of it to hold?
The temptation of our modern world is to build a plan the size of a business case.
Six goals, four disciplines, a new diet, an app for each. It fails, always. It’s just noise. Ambition dressed up as noise.
Pick one or two things. That is it.
Things that you will do between now and the end of the year, whatever the week throws at you.
The hard part is not the discipline. It is picking the right things.
Choose wrong and you will work honestly and arrive nowhere.
That is one of the most common stories in fitness, and it is nearly always blamed on the program rather than on what we chose to prioritise.
Simplicity is doing normal things repeatedly until you do them abnormally well.
No Weakness,
Marcus
