Ras Al Khaimah Half-Marathon 2024
The RAK Half-Marathon has been a staple race for Dubai runners for a long time. The route is known for its fast and flat course with minimal turns and mild weather conditions.
InnerFight Endurance take on changeable conditions at RAK Half-Marathon 2024
Well, things change... this year we were greeted by low fog and a new course route – both of which gave the race additional elements to navigate!
Coaches, Marcus, Tom, Rob, Rob and Steph led by example; all taking a different approach. From racing, pacing and training, they showed how a race can be attended from different angles and objectives.
In turn, clients showed up with their own objectives, desires and goals, yet came together as a community to support one another. After crossing the finish line, everyone made their way back to the finishing shoot to cheer other racers in.
As always, everybody showed no weakness!
Our next local race will be in Meydan on 10th March; where Super Sports will host a 5km, 10km, and 16km.
