May Members of the Month 2026

InnerFight: Jeremy Chan

Jeremy has been incredibly consistent with his training, and it’s been amazing to watch his progress over the past few months.

He’s gone from fitting training in where possible to building real structure, discipline, and consistency around it.

As a result, he’s become stronger, more confident, built some great healthy habits and added some solid muscle.

Very well deserved and excited to see what’s next for him.

Youth: Sophia Philippou

Congratulations to our Youth Member of the Month, Sophia!

Sophia consistently shows up ready to work hard, learn, and grow. She’s always willing to help others, encourages her teammates, and brings an amazing attitude to every class. We are so proud of the dedication and positivity she brings to our gym community. Keep crushing it, Sophia! 👏🔥

Endurance: Mark Shepherd

Mark raced the Traka 200 & Gralloch gravel races recently, absolutely smashing them! Including gaining qualification for the UCI Gravel World Championships.

Performance was found by really knowing what he wanted to put his training towards and setting clear targets and goals, alongside loving the process of training and the build-up around the events, fulfilling two key ingredients to success: passion and purpose! Congratulations on your results Mark, very well earned!

LRC: Francesca Gianoli

Francesca joined LRC in April and has fit into the team incredibly. She runs with both passion and determination. After being with LRC for a week she jumped into our Training Camp in May and also entered Athens Marathons for the next IFE on Tour in November. Francesca is a pleasure to coach, and her ambition is inspiring. Well done Francesca, keep up the excellent work.

Endurance - New Zealand: Sarah Srayko

Congratulations to Sarah Srayko for being our Member of the Month for May 🔥

On May 16th, Sarah conquered the UTA 100km, covering 101.6km and 4,253m of climbingin 20hours & what makes this result so special is the road that led there….

Over the past six months, Sarah faced two significant injuries that completely changed the way we trained. There were long periods with limited running, constant adjustments, and plenty of uncertainty. The build up looked nothing like a traditional 100km preparation, but Sarah never lost sight of the goal, in fact she was quite adamant that she would be at that start line no matter what 😆

Instead of focusing on what she couldn’t do, she committed to what she could do. hiking, pool running, 8km on a ski erg, you name it, she did it. Sarah was super adaptable, she trusted the process, and kept showing up no matter what speed bump arose.

Many athletes would have given up but Sarah stood strong on her goal and was ready to give everything she had.

To not only finish the race, but finish feeling strong is a testament to her resilience, determination, stubborn mindset and belief in herself.

Sarah, I’m soo incredibly proud of you. This finish was earned through patience in your very different training and your relentless perseverance ⛰️🖤
