We are making some changes to our weekly timetable to serve the community better and are always looking for ways to make our classes more accessible and continue to deliver the best fitness program in the world!
Major Updates:
- New Mainline Class at 9:30 AM
- Revised timings for evening classes: 5 PM & 6 PM and the specialty classes at 7 PM
- Bootcamp Tuesday and Thursdays only at 8:30am
