This will be a MIXED Teams only comp. Each team will be made up of 6 athletes - 3 males + 3 females.

There will be a choice of 3 Divisions to enter

Everyday

Intermediate

Elite

If you are unsure which division you should be in please speak to one of the coaches at InnerFight.

COMPETING DAYS

FRIDAY NIGHT - 10th

Elite Teams only - Friday Night Lights from 5.30pm until 8.30pm

SATURDAY - GAME DAY

Doors will open at ISD stadium at 8.45 am ready for team check in and warm up.

All teams will be be competing on Saturday, 11th November

Elite Teams -

8:00am until 10.30am Kite Beach

11.30am until 6:00pm at ISD

Intermediate Teams + Everyday Teams -

9.45am until 6:00pm

If you first heat is 9.45am, your last heat will be finished at 4.10pm
