IFE heads to the Lake District to take on the 13 Valleys Ultra.
A relatively new ultra event, 13 Valleys offers distances all the way up to 100 miles, with brutal elevation and classic Lake District terrain.
It’s a proper test; physically, mentally, and everything in between.
