Session: Ladies Only Tempo

This week we will up are tempo blocks to 6 mins, but also up the recovery to 3 mins. Run these at a 7/10 effort.

This is a speed session with the wider InnerFight Endurance community & coaches to help you run fast. We will be running the multi-duration test this week. A great chance to see where you pace is at for the upcoming track sessions.

Session: Ladies Only Intervals

Today we will have 1km and 400m repeats. The aim will be to keep the quality on the last 1km as good as the first.

Session: The Coffee Run

This week we will be cycling through 4min reps of tempo. The recovery time will gradually increase to allow for the heat.

Sunday

Location: Kite Beach

Session: Long Run

Come and run long with our Munich Marathon lot. We will meet at the 300m mark of the beach track for some easy running. Post run breakfast at the Surf House.
