Monday

Session: Ladies Only Tempo

We will start this tempo series as 5 mins on/2 mins off. Keep in mind that tempo effort should be run at a 7/10 effort.

Session: Track Tuesday

This is a speed session with the wider InnerFight Endurance community & coaches to help you run fast. This week we will be cycling through 200m repeats off a 200m recovery.

Wednesday

Time: 5:59am & 5:59pm

Location: InnerFight

Session: Ladies Only Intervals

This session will be 700m efforts around Olivara. Run these hard and then take the 90 sec recovery to help reduce the HR again before the next rep.

Location: Kite Beach

Session: The Coffee Run

This week we have our hill repeats. Meet us in the usual spot at Common Grounds, we will job to the bridge over the canal and run 30 mins of up and down. This is a great session to help you run stronger.

A long easy run from the beach track. Run easy out towards the canal, then u-turn and run back. Keep effort here nice and conversational.
