The final week of the block starts Monday with long therapy. Tuesday, we look at the benchmark workout Grace. Wednesday, we attach another tough gymnastics partner workout. On Thursday, we smash a classic haunting CrossFit open workout: thrusters and burpees. Finally, we finish the week off with some bench and some Therapy!!!!!

PURE STRENGTH

Monday's session will focus on paused front squats and then single leg work to build the quads. Wednesday, we will work to a tough set on the incline press and then some amrap pressing with some RDLs and some tricep pump work.
