GYMNASTICS

This Tuesday, we’re circling back to toes-to-bar. We will work on compressing through our core, starting with V-Ups, banded hollow pulldowns, and then incline bench toes-to-bar. We will then head to the rig for a strict TTB with a buddy. We will finish with kipping progressions and hip flexor work. All abilities welcome!

HYBRID FITNESS

This week's Hybrid, we are hitting some run repeat intervals, with some simple by-its before each of the intervals of varying distance.

MOBILITY

Building on the foundational work of mobility and release, this progression introduces more dynamic, load-bearing movements that challenge joint integrity, muscular coordination, and movement precision—without sacrificing mindfulness or accessibility. You’ll integrate functional strength training, active mobility drills, and neuromuscular re-education to deepen your range of motion and create stability that holds up in real life.

Ideal for those ready to move beyond basic relief and into empowered, intentional movement, this class helps you:

• Strengthen joint support through active mobility and isometric control

• Expand range of motion while maintaining structural integrity

• Retrain movement patterns to enhance athletic performance and daily function

• Increase proprioception and body control under load

• Transition from tension relief to durable, functional strength

WEIGHTLIFTING

This week, we are working on snatch. Spending time stabilising overhead. Followed by a snatch complex. Heavy snatch singles. Finishing with snatch deadlifts and building to a 1 rep front squat

Our weekly tempo run.  Sessions are built on an RPE scale and accessible to all levels of runner. We start together, run hard then finish together and chat about it over a coffee and breakfast.

We will be running a fartlek session today, which means "speedplay" in Swedish. This means that we will sequence between running some faster and slower intervals. In doing so, it will help you become a faster runner and more intune with your running RPE and running IQ.

Today we will be running a combination of 1km and 400m repeats. Try to hold back on that first 1km so that you can hit the same quality on the last km at the end.
