This EID, we will be smashing the classes in style. We will have classic CrossFit benchmarks, team and partner workouts, some strongman, and a Triangle workout with a twist—you do not want to miss this week!!!

A Barbell workout to kickstart the week!
Tuesday:
Get yourself a team of 4 and be ready to work!
Wednesday:
There's nothing like chasing some 1RM Lifts with a Sprint Finish!
Thursday:
You will need to share the work; bring your running shoes for some short sprints!
Friday:
A Ugly Strongman workout to cap off the week and set you up for the weekend!

Snatch focus for this week. 3 position snatch. Understanding the high hang, hang and from the floor positions for better timing.
Some fun stuff for the eid holiday and will see how how heavy we can go with a 3 miss rule, like a mini competition

Today is an Explosive power development (EPD) session. We will be initially working on our group riding skills and then working on our power generation with 10s accelerations every 2 minutes. A great bang for your buck ride!

We will run In memory of Kelvin Kiptum who was going to be aiming for 1:59 at Rotterdam marathon on Sunday.
Go into this run with an open mind and try and stay present in each run effort. This can be run as hard or easy as your wish, just make sure it’s 1.59 on your watch!

It's time for a change of scenery, this Sunday we will be heading out to ride with the Dubai Roadsters, approximately 115km in a large group of Dubai's cyclists. This ride is on open roads but saftey cars and regroup points are included.

Currently our Ladies Only sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays adhere to the school term; therefore, while is it school holidays we will just host Tuesday and Friday sessions with InnerFight Endurance. All Ladies Run Club members are welcome at these sessions.

This is a speed session with the wider InnerFight Endurance community & coaches to help you run fast. This week you will be upping the speed to 1km pace over 200m repeats.
We have 12 different pace groups; the coaches will help you find a pace group to work with for the session. Make sure that you keep your 200m recovery nice and easy, so the quality remains on the 200m efforts.

This is a Tempo run followed by coffees at 7am, with the wider InnerFight Endurance community & coaches. This week we will be running in memory of Kenyan marathon runner, Kelvin Kiptim, who was going to be aiming for a 1:59 marathon this weekend in Rotterdam. As a team, we will be running for 1hr 59mins. We can also break this down to a run/walk strategy, so that it is achievable for all.
Track Tuesday and Coffee Run will host male and female runners
Monday and Wednesday sessions at Ladies Run Club will return on Monday 15th April.
